Exchange, claims and returns

Product Claims (Warranty Claims)
If a defect appears on the purchased product, you can submit a warranty claim in accordance with applicable legislation.
How to submit a claim:

Our team will then contact you with the next steps
Claims are usually processed within 30 days from the moment the product is received for inspection—often sooner.
You may receive:

a product repair

a replacement unit
-
an appropriate discount

or a refund, depending on the nature of the defect
Product Exchange
If you need to exchange a product (e.g., for a different variant), simply contact us and we will arrange a fast and smooth exchange process.
How to proceed:

Provide your order number and the requested exchange.

We will arrange the return shipment and delivery of the new item.
Returned products must be undamaged, complete, and unused.
Returns
You can return products within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (does not apply to B2B purchases).
Please return products undamaged, complete, and ideally in the original packaging.
How to return an item:
