Dear customer, below you’ll find a list of the defects that you can encounter in washers after cleaning if they have been in use a long time or have been reassembled incorrectly.
You will be able to handle most of these repairs on your own without problems.
However, if you are unable to repair a defect despite this, please contact us on any weekday at 235 311 050 or year-round at servis@dunet.cz. We attend to your queries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our washers are easy to disassemble into their components, and reassembly will take you about 2–3 minutes. To ensure that you reassemble your washer correctly, please review the assembly drawings for both washer types in the “Support” section’s Download Center.
1. Water is always leaking under the brush—screw out the device’s bottom cover, take out the needle, check the placement of the needle’s O-ring, eliminate water impurities, rinse out, and reassemble. NOTE! The short needle (no. 2015) belongs under the brush, and the long needle (no. 2016) belongs under the rinser. If they are reversed, the device will not function.
2. Water is always leaking through the rinser—see point 1 for procedure.
