Warranty and Post-warranty Service

 

We stress-test every DUNETIC washer before sale. We do this in order to prevent potential problems that could complicate operations for you, our customers. After a certain amount of time using a washer, certain defects can appear due to e.g. poor re-assembly of a washer after cleaning it.  For a list of the most common defects and a guide to remedying them, see the “Support” section’s “Troubleshooting” subsection.

Our washers are easy to disassemble into their individual parts/components, which you can purchase separately as individual replacement parts at our e-shop or right at our sales point in the Prague 6 district, where we always have replacement parts in stock as standard procedure.

If your washer needs servicing, please contact our professional team by phone at 00420 235 311 050 or by email at  servis@dunet.cz. We can provide immediate servicing at our Prague 6 sales point after prior agreement with you, or you can bring or mail your washer to the sales point (DUNET Tibetská 806/2, 160 00 Prague 6) along with an explanation of the defect and your contact information, and we’ll send you a price calculation along with a proposal for repairs to the washer’s individual parts. If the cost of the repair exceeds the price of a new washer, we will automatically inform you of this and recommend the cheaper variant.
